Making a Purchase

 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

When placing an order you will be redirected to the Nochex, Google Checkout or PayPal Secure Servers.

Shipping and Handling

Please note that some items will be sent direct from manufacturers or wholesalers.

We will deliver your order as soon as possible.

You will normally receive your order within 7 to 14 working days unless otherwise stated.

We offer free postal insurance for all our products.

 

 

Back Orders

 

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Cancellation Policy


You can cancel your order at any time without giving a reason and full refund will be given if the payment has already been made. You can also return your item without giving a reason within 7 days of receiving the item and full refund will be given.

 

Returns Policy

 

100 % customer satisfaction has always been our aim.

If you purchase a product from us and are not completely satisfied please contact us within 7 days for a returns authorisation number.Your goods will need to be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Providing the goods are undamaged and in a re-saleable condition in unopened original packaging, we will exchange the goods or refund your money. Handling charges may have to be levied in cases where goods have been specially ordered and then returned.

To help us deal with your refund or exchange as quickly as possible, you MUST give us prior notice by phone, fax or email.


In circumstances where goods are too heavy and / or bulky for you to return, you may need to use a Courier service to collect the package from your home or business address.

Product doesn't have to be send back in original packaging however packaging should be kept safe in case we would need photos of the product and original packaging in case of damage.

Buyer is obliged to inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is faulty or supplied different than originally ordered otherwise return will not be accepted.



Damage in Transit

 

Please inform us of any goods arriving damaged within 7 days of the delivery receipt. This is neccessary for us to make a claim with our couriers.

Please keep all the packaging in case the product arrives damaged.

Packaging is necessary for us to pass the claim to the courier company in case of the damage so please keep the packaging in case we would need it.

Reasonable care must be taken in examining the goods.

If the customer will not take the reasonable care of the goods than legal action may be taken against that customer.

Customer should check the order at the front of the courier and return all faulty items  otherwise we will not be able to cover costs associated with sending back these items to us.


 

Please Note

 

Please note that all products must be returned and insured at buyers cost. This applies to carriage to the customer and the return to us or our suppliers. In cases where we have given you free delivery we reserve the right to apply a handling charge to cover shipping and handling costs.
